The challenge
Kaseware, a company that provides investigative management software for public safety and security teams, had outgrown their website. Built on Wix, it lacked the credibility and scalability a fast-growing enterprise software company needs. Founded by former FBI agents and trusted by global companies, Kaseware had serious authority behind them, but their digital presence wasn’t reflecting it. They needed a B2B website design that could communicate that weight, streamline a large volume of content, and support their sales process.
The solution
Bop Design migrated Kaseware off Wix and onto WordPress, the gold standard for professional, scalable B2B websites. Our team delivered a visual rebrand and a significantly more credible, professional B2B website design. With numerous pages and a broad offering, navigation was a priority. We built out a mega-navigation to make everything easy to find without overwhelming visitors. Content was streamlined to speak clearly to Kaseware’s enterprise audience, and the B2B website design was elevated to match the caliber of the companies they serve. Notably, we incorporated a transparent pricing page to support a straightforward sales process and filter for the right buyers from the start.
On the content marketing side, Bop initially supported Kaseware’s internal team with pillar pages targeting emerging niches for their brand. As their needs grew, so did our role. When a member of their team left, Kaseware expanded their engagement with Bop to add social posting, blog content, pagespeed optimization, and content strategy designed to help them enter new markets. We also provide ongoing AI and GEO visibility monitoring, tracking their presence against competitors for key prompts and making strategic recommendations.
Results
Kaseware’s investment in a stronger B2B marketing foundation is paying off across the board. Google organic search sessions are up almost 33%, while average engagement time per session has increased by more than 40%. These metrics show that the right visitors are finding the site and engaging with it. Additionally, website sessions from direct traffic are up nearly 11%.
Beyond traditional search, Kaseware is also winning in AI visibility. Their content strategy, authoritative positioning, and competitive comparison pages have helped them outperform key competitors for priority search and AI prompts, building credibility that converts serious buyers.
