We respect each other deeply, but we’re not one of those agency cult-type teams. We love working together, but we also value time to ourselves and with our family, friends, and fur babies. Working nights and weekends is discouraged – having time for yourself to refresh and recharge is encouraged.
And yes, you can work remotely from wherever. All of us do, although some of us go into our San Diego office in Little Italy (a serious food mecca) a couple times a week, so that’s an option if you want to be social.
