The challenge
Brixton Capital is a real estate investment firm that manages a portfolio of high-value multifamily and retail assets. While the company had a strong reputation with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, its B2B website design failed to convey the firm’s sophistication, track record, or investment approach. The previous site was only five pages and lacked the depth and visual polish expected by their target audience: investors with $500K+ to deploy.
Brixton needed a website that could pull its weight – one that not only showcased its portfolio and inspired investor confidence but also set the stage for long-term growth and opportunities.
The solution
Our team set out to completely overhaul Brixton’s digital presence. We developed a refined visual brand with a muted palette of black, tan, and white paired with elegant serif typography to project the sophistication expected in the investment space. To bring Brixton’s story to life, we added some flair, including a custom video in the homepage hero section and high-end photography that put their properties front and center. The result? A polished look that felt as sophisticated as the investments themselves.
We expanded the content to over 40 pages, which included property portfolio pages and an interactive map where users can explore Brixton’s properties by location. We also created a sustainability page to highlight their ESG commitment, a detailed company section with “Our Story” and leadership bios, and a more engaging careers page. The result was a B2B website that serves not only as a credibility tool but as a marketing hub for investors, tenants, and partners.
Results
Since the launch in January 2025, Brixton’s new website didn’t just look the part – it performed, too. Website sessions rose by nearly 57%, with engaged sessions increasing by 54%. Organic search sessions jumped by 49%, thanks to improved SEO structure and keyword optimization. Direct search session duration improved by nearly 74%, indicating deeper engagement and stronger credibility with target investors. Overall event activity grew by more than 54%, proving the website can now convert visitors into qualified leads.
Brixton now works with Bop Design on an ongoing basis to provide SEO strategy, Google Ads execution, and website maintenance. With an upscaled B2B website design and strong digital marketing strategy, Brixton now has a digital presence that reflects its market stature and builds long-term trust with its stakeholders.
