The challenge

Integrate’s previous B2B website didn’t reflect the sophistication of its enterprise-level lead management platform. The messaging was outdated, the content was unclear, and the site was difficult to navigate. Integrate also wanted to separate the service side of the business and create a standalone site, so the software and the services could both stand on their own.

What’s more, the website lived on a proprietary platform with a $50K–$60K annual subscription, which was not only expensive, it limited flexibility and control. With a redesign of Integrate’s software underway, the company partnered with Bop Design to create a new website that clarified its audience and value proposition – and positioned the brand as a market leader.

Solution

We started by reorganizing the sitemap, adding a dedicated “Platform” section showcasing Integrate’s core pillars to clearly communicate product capabilities. We also created new role- and industry-specific pages to help prospects quickly identify relevant use cases, while case studies and client logos were highlighted to build credibility.

Our creative team elevated the B2B website design visually, replacing generic stock images with custom graphics, icons, animations, and visual representations of the platform designed to reflect its interface without relying on exact screenshots. From typography to color use, we refined every element to appeal to an enterprise audience. Content-wise, over 30 new pages were developed, creating a site designed to drive conversions. As the final step, our development team migrated the website to WordPress to eliminate high hosting costs and provide long-term flexibility for the Integrate team.

Results

In the six months following launch, the redesigned B2B website delivered significant gains. Organic search traffic rose by 18% while organic users increased 19%. Visitors engaged more deeply, with engaged sessions per active user soaring 119%. Search visibility improved dramatically, with organic Google clicks up nearly 70%, click-through rates rising over 30%, and impressions climbing 30%. The new B2B website design not only positioned Integrate as a clear leader in its space but also made it easier for the right prospects to find, explore, and take the next step with the brand.
