C.R. England, a well-known name in the transportation and logistics industry with over a century of history, came to Bop Design seeking to upgrade its online presence. The primary challenge was to create a website that is not only easy to navigate but also resonates with three distinct target markets: prospective customers, current customers, and potential employees. The central message was to spotlight C.R. England’s rich legacy and unique status as an asset-based, company driver model, a crucial distinction in a complex industry.
Bop Design initiated a comprehensive redesign strategy. We implemented a streamlined design with three distinct user journeys, each directing to specific pages tailored for the three target markets. Visually, the design was overhauled to align with the company’s brand, emphasizing sophistication and trust while showcasing C.R. England’s highly recognizable red trucks. Content was refined for clarity and brevity, focusing on key messages of dependability and the company’s long-standing reputation. Development-wise, we improved functionality by reducing clicks, enhancing form interactions, and ensuring seamless navigation.
A month after launch, the redesigned website showcased promising results, with several key metrics indicating positive growth. The strategic focus on organic search paid off, with sessions and users increasing by 2,991% and 2,552%, respectively. This demonstrates a significant improvement in discoverability and visibility, reinforcing C.R. England’s position within the industry. The improvements extended to better engaged users as well, showing that visitors were getting more out of the website.
