Challenge/Situation

Eichleay, a leading engineering and construction firm, approached our B2B design agency with several goals in mind. They wanted to improve the functionality of their B2B website, ensuring compatibility across all platforms and devices. Additionally, they aimed to update their content and design to appeal to a broader audience, with a focus on science, technology, and renewable energy. Eichleay also wanted to enhance its image, emphasizing sustainability, while attracting new clients and top talent from various market sectors to create a more sustainable revenue flow.

Solution

Our design and content teams devised a solution that encompassed improved functionality, updated content and design, a reimagined brand image, and strategies to attract new clients and talent. To enhance functionality, we migrated Eichleay’s content management system (CMS) to WordPress, a more user-friendly platform that would allow them to easily manage updates in-house. We revamped the content and design of the B2B website to reflect a broader range of industries and incorporated engaging visuals, compelling storytelling, and informative case studies to appeal to a wider audience. To attract their optimal target audience, we developed a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to improve visibility and attract organic traffic from various industries. We also incorporated an appealing career page that showcased Eichleay’s values, culture, and career opportunities, helping them attract top talent.

Results

Three months after the website launched, Eichleay experienced significant improvements in key performance metrics. The achieved results were as follows: The number of users visiting the website increased by 52.45% compared to the previous period, indicating an expanded reach and increased interest from the target audience. The total number of sessions on the website increased by an impressive 62.35%. This suggests that the revamped design and content successfully engaged a larger number of visitors. The redesigned website effectively addressed Eichleay’s challenges and achieved outstanding results.
