Challenge/Situation
Gridmatic is combating climate change with its groundbreaking AI solution that optimizes the electricity grid for renewable energy. As a startup with significant funding, the company needed its first website to not only serve as an informational resource for investors and customers, but to attract top talent in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Solution
Bop Design designed, wrote, and developed a website that showcased the company’s game-changing technology while highlighting the aspirational mission of the business: leveraging AI to bring more clean energy to the world. We also created an “Insights” section where the team can share blogs, white papers, and industry reports to better position Gridmatic as a thought leader in the market. The company’s leadership was so pleased with our work that they partnered with us to develop additional marketing materials, including an annual report, brand guide, and landing pages.
Results
At nine months after launch, the website has seen several thousands of visitors each month, including 44% from organic search. Gridmatic has attracted promising new talent to the business and has signed on valuable business partners. The company successfully launched a new business unit targeting commercial and industrial customers and has a number of contracts in the works. Gridmatic continues to work with Bop Design on a number of ongoing marketing projects.
