Challenge/Situation

Health and wellness SaaS company, MediKeeper, wanted to level up their website. While technically accurate, the team felt it was boring and did a poor job of conveying the benefits of its health platform to its target audience: employers and health plan decision makers at enterprise businesses. They sought a better website experience that positioned the brand and its software as technology-driven and game-changing.

Solution

Bop Design designed, wrote, and developed a new website with a sleek and clean user interface that helps visitors find relevant information in a timely manner. The Bop team overhauled the sitemap and re-wrote all the content to be more engaging, solution-focused, and optimized for search engines. We also included areas for featured content that site visitors can download in exchange for giving contact information to MediKeeper, making the site a source of lead generation. The website resonates with direct employers, health plan decision makers, and wellness companies while highlighting the application’s benefits for each market segment.

Results

The new website paid off. The company saw increases in search traffic and new users right away, and they were able to close more deals. Since we designed the site to be flexible and scalable, the website has held up even after six years with only minor design and content tweaks. MediKeeper comes back to Bop regularly for ongoing help with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
