OUTLAST Consulting, a business strategy and innovation consulting firm, provides niche consulting services in several different categories: diversity management, product development, and professional coaching. After working with Bop Design on a new website design, the firm was looking to ramp up visibility in the three unique categories, build credibility for their team of experts, and attract new visitors.

Solution

Building on the optimization of the website after launching, Bop Design designed a complete advertising and ongoing marketing strategy to target key decision makers in each niche (heads of diversity and HR, COOs/CPOs/Innovation VPs, and HR leaders). The multi-pronged strategy included paid search ads, paid social ads, thought leadership content creation, monthly newsletters, and ongoing site optimization.

Results

The ongoing marketing strategy boosted website traffic and website engagement significantly, attracting more new visitors searching for services online.
