The challenge was to organize and streamline their extensive capabilities and market positioning, addressing the issue of overwhelming content while ensuring visibility and searchability. Pratt Miller aimed to showcase the breadth of their offerings to customers while also providing a streamlined user experience. Additionally, the website needed to cater to three distinct and separate target markets: motorsports, defense, and new mobility.

The new Pratt Miller website yielded significant improvements in key performance metrics. Organic search sessions increased by an impressive 21.54%, indicating improved visibility and discoverability on search engines. Organic new users grew by 27.05%, reflecting successful targeting and attracting new visitors. With an average of 1.92 pages per session, users engaged with multiple sections of the website, demonstrating their interest in exploring the breadth of Pratt Miller’s capabilities. The average session duration of 1 minute and 21 seconds indicated a higher level of user engagement and interaction with the content. Additionally, both Google and Bing organic sessions experienced notable growth, with increases of 18.19% and 34.48% respectively, further contributing to increased organic traffic and exposure for Pratt Miller.
