The Newport Group has worked in the executive search and placement services since 1995, yet the brand and marketing assets had not grown with the company. Bop Design created a complete corporate identity package and new website to reflect its growth into new client industries (which grew from real estate to include oil & gas, life science and healthcare) and effectively communicate its credibility in those verticals.
For the brand package, Bop Design created a new logo, stationery and printed marketing assets such as industry-specific sales sheets and recruiter brochures. The materials act as a credible leave-behind for meetings with hiring managers, tailored to the needs of each specific industry. The copy addresses the obstacles and goals of a hiring manager, while the design effectively positions the brand as a reputable firm. The logo is the foundation for “look and feel” of the brand and ties together the variety of marketing materials.
For the website, The Newport Group wanted to generate confidence with HR decision makers and corporate boards seeking an executive search partner. The website incorporated the design elements established from the corporate identity materials. In addition, it was important for The Newport Group not to be positioned as a recruitment firm for every industry, rather specialize in specific areas tailoring their services to address specific industry challenges. With this in mind, Bop Design created a website to act as a qualifier tool that quickly explains their industry practice areas and ensures the website draws in the ideal customer. The scrolling hero images illustrates Newport Group’s top three industries, with language specific to the job.
